Greetings From our Beautiful City, it is no wonder Spokane's motto is near nature, near perfect! In moments you can be enjoying a mid-metropolitan lifestyle, shopping at Nordstrom, Anthropology and having a spa day at the Davenport Hotel in our ever-growing downtown area or journeying off to a multitude of lakes, rivers, streams (great for Fly-fishing enthusiasts like me!), boating, hiking, biking and pretty much all manner of recreation exists to meet any outdoor enthusiast. I love the changing landscape and topography of Spokane, we can boast "we have all four seasons"!

I attended college in Spokane in the late 80's then moved to Seattle to pursue a career in Marketing/Management where I worked for a subsidiary of Revlon in my early twenties. I found that city life did not suit my need for a quieter lifestyle, and I returned to Montana where I eventually met my husband and married shortly after, we moved to Bozeman, MT where my husband worked with a prestigious Black Angus Cattle Breeder, and I began to work for a group of Physicians at Deaconess Hospital. All things evolve and change and eventually we ended up back in Spokane.

I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate in 2004 and have been with the same company throughout my career, loyalty is important to me, and I love the people I work with. I have experienced so many changing markets and have working knowledge of nearly every type of transaction you can imagine. My career has been mostly in the sale of newer homes in residential developments, but I also love those old Historic Homes. I have a great deal of experience in New Construction, Secondary Residential, and even Condos and Co-ops. Spokane requires that most Realtors be able to serve the entire surrounding area, to compete adequately amongst their peers.

What do I do when I am not working? I have a strong faith community and am involved in my church, I am an avid reader, I dabble in pursuing my creative side with pottery classes, I love to fish, mostly fly-fishing, we also like to camp (RV style), I adore art and am always learning more and more about art through my many travels. I am in the pursuit of seeing as many countries as I can. I like my quiet time and when I am not working, I often like to walk the dog, garden, bake, or create jams and other canned goods.

If you choose to work with me, you will get someone who is insightful and good at anticipating your needs, I make it a point to understand what a client wants. I will always tell you the truth (good, bad, or otherwise) and will not blame someone else or make excuses. Sometimes things happen and we can be level about it and find solutions to bad inspections, market conditions, and other obstacles that arise.

My friends and past clients will tell you that I am funny, down to earth, diverse, loyal, and someone you would want in your corner! I continue to evolve and educate myself with new training, meeting my clients wherever, through virtual showings, texting, etc. If we run into a snaffu, I am going to find a way to do my best to find a solution. Most importantly I want my potential new clients to know, for me it is not about the commission, it is about people making huge life changing decisions for themselves and their families. 

I serve so many military families and go above and beyond to assure that their PCS moves are painless, inexpensive, and seamless. My sellers receive every benefit that my full-service company can provide. In fact, our company tends to sell at a 6% higher sales price than our competition. My buyers look to me for knowledge and guidance through so many unknowns. I feel honored when they ask me what to expect or have questions and concerns. It allows me to share my knowledge and put it to practice.
